Yesterday the news hit via Live broadcast as the Event Photography Awards team announced the winners of this years Awards. Firstly id just like to say thank you to the EPA Staff and judges for voting for me. Its been a really tough year with COVID wiping out all of my booked events. I was lucky enough to be along side a few friends within the industry and to be surrounded by such talent honours me.

Many of my friends are such talented people, it’s not easy being a creative in the 2000s where digital media is consumed every second. Images that should impact us are hard, fall short because of our tolerance to the high standards that are now viable through screens and cameras in our pockets.

I’m so so grateful to be announced winner for this years Music Category and to win the Highly Commended Overall Award.

With some of the pre-mentioned talent I was up against I wanted to just take a second to pay my respects to those who made it through to the finals. You guys & girls are Incredible and you’ve achieved something so special! Remember it and use it to drive you.

Thank you again and I hope that in 2021 we can all get back to doing what we love! Until then take care of yourself, and your family and may the new year bring us closer together!
